NVISH has always believed in this and that's why it has not only focused in hiring technically strong people but also good team players having exceptional IQ, ability to work under pressure and greater sense of responsibility and dedication towards organization. The average experience within the organization is 3-8 years and at managerial levels, it generally exceeds 10 years. This experience has given us the confidence to undertake the most complex tasks and execute them to perfection. At present we have a team of 100+ employees and have plans to cross the 300 mark by the end of this financial year.

We would like to describe our people and our work place in simple terms.
