NVISH-HMS is a system which manages all hospital records on computers no matter whether it is prescription of a doctor or treatment sheet of patient. Employees and Patients demographic details will be maintained in this software. The software solution will be multi-user and will be managed by the latest technology tools. Laboratory Information System
This module will cater to all the financial accounting needs of the hospital based on double entry book keeping methods. The module will support all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Voucher entries, Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Financial Accounting System
Laboratory Information System (LIS) can be integrated with Hospital Management System. Software on Laboratory Information System takes care of processes involved in Investigation, Tests, Stores, Billing and other laboratory related areas. LIS caters to the need of all operational and Diagnostic and administrative functions in a Laboratory. This is an optional service.
Attendance and Payroll
The attendance module is interfaced to the time & attendance systems. Finger print device is used to record their time in & time out. Based on the data captured, the attendance system will update the payroll module. It is a fully functional system catering to all needs of payroll accounting including generation of statutory reports for submission to Govt. authorities. This is an optional service.
